Warranty
KINYUN ensure three -gurantee service(repair, replace or refund) for all our products under the warranty terms during the warranty time. Watranty time for caplamps KYKY(B)-2.0、KYKY(F)-2.0 and KYKY(R)-2.0 is two years, and warranty time for all other products is one year.
Warranty terms：
1. Customers should make necessary check to the products once receiving them, and use them according to operation instruction under right environment and conditions. All operaions should correspond with general specification of anti-exposive products.
2. If customers find any default caused by production or material during warranty time, Kinyun has reserved right to replace, repair or replace with better material(product). After repairing or replacing, warranty time will not be extended.
3. Customers should provide complete purchasing invoice or contract, otherwise the quality assurance cannnot be implemented.The marks on products such as model number and serial number should be kept well. If the marks are changed, removed, or hard to recognize, the quality assurance cannnot be implemented. Any default caused by using under abnormal conditions or environment, or unprofessional assembly and authorization, cannot be quality assured.
4. KINYUN will not burden any default caused by logistics or any indirect loss by products.
5. After expiration of warranty, no warranty right anymore. Any after-sales service then will be charged.
